- Returns are accepted ONLY in the case of manufacturing defects or items being dead on arrival.
- Customers must initiate the return request within 3 working days from the time of delivery.
- Refunds will be issued in the form of credit points on your account, which can be used for future purchases from Unbox.lk or through unbox.lk from other e-commerce websites.
2. For items purchased from external sellers outside e-commerce platforms:
- Contact us for guidance and assistance in placing orders.
- We will verify and liaise with the seller to ensure a smoother transaction.
In case of any issues, we’ll do our best to resolve them and safeguard your interests.
Conditions:
- “Change of mind” or “does not need it anymore” are not valid reasons for returns or refunds.
- Returns are not accepted for any reason when ordering from e-commerce websites in India after the item reaches your doorstep.
- If there is an issue with the item after it reaches our warehouse in India, we will handle returns as per the respective website’s return policy. If they do not accept the return as per their policy, a return or refund is not possible.
